Services Agreement

This Services Agreement is entered into between Marcean Ltd (Company No. 13080774, VAT GB388797995) with registered address at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE and the subscriber identified at account creation ("Subscriber").

1. Service description

Marcean Ltd provides re:schema — an AI business identity platform including canonical entity record management, crawler intelligence, content drift monitoring, and structured data delivery for Subscriber's website(s) at the plan level selected at signup. Plans and features are described at reschema.org.

2. Data processing

re:schema is designed to collect zero personal data from website visitors. Where any personal data is unavoidably processed, the terms of the Data Processing Agreement apply. The Subscriber remains the data controller for its own business data; Marcean Ltd acts as data processor only as described in the DPA.

3. Deliverables

Paid subscriptions include: canonical entity record management, crawler intelligence reports, content drift monitoring, and access to JSON-LD schema delivery via script tag. Features vary by plan level as described at reschema.org.

4. Fees

Fees are as published at reschema.org. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Fees include VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe.

5. Free tier

The free tier includes AI visibility audit, crawler intelligence reports, and gap analysis for verified domains. Results are indicative and provided as-is. No guarantee is made about the accuracy or completeness of audit scores or gap reports.

6. Duration and termination

Subscriptions continue monthly until cancelled by either party. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Generated schema remains on your site but will not be updated after the subscription ends. Marcean Ltd may terminate accounts that breach this Agreement with immediate notice.

7. Intellectual property

Generated schema is owned by you and may be used on any site. The underlying audit methodology, scoring algorithms, and benchmark dataset are proprietary to Marcean Ltd.

8. Confidentiality

Marcean Ltd agrees to keep all Subscriber data confidential and to use it only for the purposes of providing the service.

9. Limitation of liability

Marcean Ltd's total liability is limited to the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We do not accept liability for search rankings, AI engine citations, or any indirect losses.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
